OneZambia is hiring an Internal Auditor to assess and improve our internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will perform audits and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
- Recommend improvements for internal controls and compliance
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) preferred
- Proven experience in internal auditing or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
