Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage program teams to achieve program goals.
  • Develop program strategies, plans, and schedules.
  • Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Communicate program status to stakeholders and executives.
  • Ensure program compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, ideally in logistics.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
