Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage program teams to achieve program goals.
- Develop program strategies, plans, and schedules.
- Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Communicate program status to stakeholders and executives.
- Ensure program compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, ideally in logistics.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in program management tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
