Account Manager
Job Description: Emerald Edge is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client accounts, develop relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client accounts, addressing client needs, and achieving account targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring all client needs and expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster client loyalty and retention.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related role.
