5. Store Manager
Job Description: Emerald Edge is looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing store staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase store profitability.
- Recruit, train, and manage store staff, providing leadership and support.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and ensure product availability.
- Address and resolve customer issues and feedback.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in retail management and sales.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related role.
