4. Customer Service Representative
Job Description: Emerald Edge is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to our clients. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide information about products and services, and assist with order processing.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
