Job Description: ZamGrow Enterprises is seeking a skilled Soil Scientist to analyze soil samples and provide recommendations for soil management and crop production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct soil tests and analyze results.
• Develop soil management plans to improve soil fertility and crop yield.
• Research soil composition and its impact on crop growth.
• Provide technical advice on soil conservation and erosion control.
• Collaborate with agronomists and farmers to implement soil improvement practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on soil analysis and research findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Soil Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Knowledge of soil chemistry and biology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.

Education:
