Job Description: ZamGrow Enterprises is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our farm, ensuring efficient and productive farming practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate farming activities, including planting, irrigation, and harvesting.
- Manage farm staff and allocate tasks effectively.
- Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures.
- Maintain farm equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Knowledge of modern farming techniques and machinery.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
