Job Description

Lusaka Medicals is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Optometrist to join our eye care team. The successful candidate will perform eye examinations, diagnose vision problems, and prescribe corrective lenses and treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations.
• Diagnose vision problems and eye diseases.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and treatments.
• Educate patients about eye care and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other eye care professionals for patient care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
• Valid optometry license to practice in Zambia.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Education

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.

Experience
