Job Description

Seed Secondary School is seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teachers to join our academic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress and performance.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Strong knowledge of the subject matter and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.

Experience
